Offers In-Person and Telehealth Therapy
Adults are facing unique challenges as they navigate today’s world. Whether they are trying to manage the stress of changes at work and home, parenting in an ever-changing society, or simply trying to adjust to identity changes during midlife, people are realizing that support helps.
Many people - especially men - have begun discovering that the education and skill-building that comes from consistent therapeutic support is helpful; however, others are considering therapy for the first time.
Wherever you are in your thinking, I am here and available to help you decide whether therapy is something you want to explore.
I’ve worked as a therapist for over 30 years, and I am proud to bring a unique blend of highly-specialized training to my work. Whether my clients need help with issues relative to unresolved/unidentified trauma, anger management, abuse, addiction, or identity, or want to learn skills to cope with anxiety/depression or even optimize sports or work performance, I can help. My goal is to meet my clients where they are, agree on a direction we can take together, and start down a path of healing and improved wellness and life satisfaction.
It is possible to feel better in life. If this is something you want to explore, please reach out.

Good Faith Estimate Notice for Uninsured and Self-Pay Clients: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
